The admissions process is the beginning of a lasting relationship between your family and ours.

Our Director of Admissions, Mrs Eva Ghewij, along with her colleagues Ms Chika Iwago and Mr Nicu Gaibu are on hand to make the process as smooth and informative as possible and are available to answer your questions at any time.

If a trip to Switzerland is not possible, we invite you to join a virtual Discovery Meeting. Whilst nothing can replace a face-to-face visit and tour of our school, our team would be delighted to lead you on a virtual discovery tour. Meet our academic team, discover the campus and get a sense of the Beau Soleil community.

Applications Process

We are thrilled that you would like to join the Beau Soleil Community. Our Admissions team are on hand to lead you through the process and we look forward to meeting you when you visit our campus or when we travel to your region.

Each year we receive a large number of applications from potential students and we encourage you to make your application as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Step 1: Complete the Application Documents

Complete the online application or alternatively, download the printable version.

You will find more information regarding the school and fees in our terms and conditions document.

Step 2: Application Fee

In order for your application to be considered, we require you to pay a non-refundable fee of CHF 3000.

Please don’t forget to mention the name of the applicant.

Step 3: Getting to know you

Come and visit our beautiful campus and meet the admissions team or meet us in your region

• Meet us in your region

At this time you will also be asked to complete the school entry tests.

Current travel restrictions mean that at this time we are not able to meet with you personally, however our team would be delighted to meet with you virtually!

Step 4: Evaluation of your Application

Your application will be reviewed by our academic committee and a decision of your acceptance confirmed.
