Grade 1

1. The child shall take the Assessment Test to be administered online
2. Birth Certificate of the child (PSA copy)
3. Report Card from previous school (with English translation if the card is in foreign language)
4. Kinder Diploma or Certificate of Completion for Kindergarten
5. Good moral certificate (Applicable for incoming Grades 1 to 10)

Grade 2 - Senior High School

1. The child shall take the Assessment Test to be administered online

2. Photocopy of the passport pages with picture that show date of birth, passport number and date of issuance and expiration
3. ACR/Photocopy of visa showing length of stay in the Philippines
4. Special Study Permit (SSP) to study in the Philippines from the Immigration Office
5. Processing Fee through SIS (Php 8,000.00)
6. Affidavit of Guardianship (For students who are staying with an appointed guardian)
7. Guardian’s picture, passport, ACR/ICR, contact details and an affidavit confirming guardianship
8. Three (3) recent, passport-sized colored photos

Grade 1
