To simplify the admission process, Gulf Asian English School had started online registration in 2014. We follow an efficient procedure of finishing all the formalities within a single day. KG1 admissions are approved by the concerned H. M, whereas for other classes it depends upon the performance in the entrance exam.
Fresh admission for KG1 classes is usually conducted in the month of November/December and for other classes in January. Vacancies for classes other than KG1 are confirmed after analysing the re-registration data of the existing students.

However, those who do not possess vaccination card are vaccinated on the basis of their previous medical records, submitted by the parents to the school.
