To simplify the admission process, Gulf Asian English School had started online registration in 2014. We follow an efficient procedure of finishing all the formalities within a single day. KG1 admissions are approved by the concerned H. M, whereas for other classes it depends upon the performance in the entrance exam.

Fresh admission for KG1 classes is usually conducted in the month of November/December and for other classes in January. Vacancies for classes other than KG1 are confirmed after analysing the re-registration data of the existing students.

Step 1

Collect token from the reception [If counter is free, you may proceed to the Administration office directly].

Step 2

Proceed to registrar to enquire about seat availability & collect the admission verification sheet.

Step 3

To avail transportation facility, kindly meet the transport In-charge.

Step 4

Kindly proceed for the entrance test as mentioned below:

Enquire about the release of your wards result from the concerned entrance test In-charge.

Step 6

After acquiring the result, kindly purchase the prospectus & application forms.

Step 7

Fill in the application form available in the prospectus.

Step 8

Proceed for the verification of forms & supporting documents.

Step 9

Submit admission forms for entry into the school system.

Step 10

Pay initial amount to the cashier.

Step 11

Proceed to the books & uniform store as illustrated in the map.

Age Requirements

• KG 1 child must be between the age of 4 & 5 by 31st March.
• KG 2 child must be between the age of 5 & 6 by 31st March.
• Grade 1 child must be between the age of 6 & 7 by 31st March.

Document Requirements

• Photocopy of the child's passport with valid U.A.E. visa
• Three recent passport-size photographs of the child
• Birth Certificate Copy.
• Emirates ID Copy.
• Photocopy of the original Mark Sheet of the last examination passed at the previous school. (This is required for students coming from Grade 2 and onwards).
• Students seeking admission from Grade 2 are required to submit the Original Transfer Certificate Or School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended as per the guidelines given below
• a) For students coming from outside the UAE., the following order of the attestation must be observed for the Transfer Certificate.
  • The TC must be in English Language.
  • The TC must be countersigned by the District Education Officer (for State / Matriculation Schools) / Zonal or Regional Officer (for CBSE / ICSE schools)
  • Embassy or Consulate in UAE of the country where TC was issued.
  • UAE Foreign Affairs.
• b) Students coming from within the UAE are required to submit the original Transfer Certificate Or School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended, attested by the Ministry of Education for the Emirate (for other than Sharjah Zone Schools).

Medical Details

The school insists that every student should possess a valid health card required by the health authorities. The Ministry of Health provides the necessary immunization for the students according to the Immunization Schedule followed by them. However, those who do not possess vaccination card are vaccinated on the basis of their previous medical records, submitted by the parents to the school.
