H-FARM International School offers students the possibility to have a true boarding school experience in the safe, international, innovative setting of the H-FARM campus. The new dormitory can house up to 244 students and includes a minimarket, study areas, common spaces, dining areas. Living areas are made up of a single and double bedroom, linked by a private bathroom. On campus, students have unlimited access to the sports complex (gym, tennis courts, soccer fields, basket and volleyball courts, running track, skate park) and a large library and cultural events space. They also have 24/7 support of the residence life coordinators, dormitory management team and by school teachers who act as the dormitory’s houseparents.
Life at the boarding house is managed by the Head of Boarding, the reference figure responsible for the service, flanked by a Residence Life Coordinator who supports students in their personal growth and in their daily challenges. There are also Boarding Parents, teachers that supervise students in their educational and sharing activities. During the week, the Boarding team organizes evening activities where children can have fun and be together, but also reflect and train. Students staying in the boarding house during weekends have time to relax, study, visit different cities and meet friends and day students from school. Group trips are regularly organized to art cities, to the mountains or at the beach.
Study Support: Several school teachers live in the boarding house and have the task of helping students with their school work. In particular, every afternoon during individual study time, one or more professors of humanistic or scientific subjects are available to help them.
24/7 Surveillance: The H-FARM campus and the Boarding House are monitored 24/7 by a security service as well as a camera system.
Leisure and Food Area: Near the Boarding House there are two areas dedicated to relaxed meals and snacks, while many areas located on the campus are dedicated to leisure and relaxation, with ping-pong tables, table football, projector screen and vending machines for food and drinks. There is also a refrigerator in each bedroom.
Study Area and Library: Boarding students have free access to the campus library and the school building, also during the evening. Internet connection is guaranteed throughout the campus area and in the bedrooms it is disabled after 11pm.
First Aid and Nurse Station: H-FARM campus is equipped with a nurse's station. H-FARM also has an agreement with “Il Doge” Medical Center in Roncade, with “Giovanni XXIII” nursing home in Monastier and with SUEM in Treviso to implement all the necessary procedures in case of a medical emergency. The facilities are equipped with automatic defibrillators and members of the school and boarding staff have been trained in first aid by experienced operators.
Access to the Campus Sports Facilities: Boarding students have unlimited access to all sports facilities in the campus, both the outdoor ones and indoor stadium.
Laundry: A laundry area allows boarding students to wash their clothes any time they need it.
