Entrance Test Fee

• The Entrance Test Fee of QR 284 is non-refundable, and payable at the time of scheduling the admission test.

Registration Fee

• The Registration Fee of 1,138 QR is a non-refundable and non-transferrable one-time fee payable upon receiving an acceptance email.

Seat Reservation Fee

• QR 2,276 is due once the student has been accepted in school before the due date of the first term. This amount is part of the 1st term fees, and it is non-refundable.

Tuition Fees

Parents have to pay in full the term fees required, even if the student attended less than a full term. Parents are responsible to abide by the dates of payment mentioned hereunder.

Extra Fees

The Extra Fees are due with Term I Fees; the amount is non-refundable once the academic year starts. It includes Online Resources, Stationery, Books, Materials used throughout the year, Classroom Resources, Activities, Trips and outings, Extra resources needed.

Year 11 Students who do not need the books will be charged QR 570 instead of QR 2,276.

External Examination Fees

External Examination Fees will be as follows :

• Year 11( IGCSE ) 600 QR. per subject.
• Year 12 (AS- Level ) 740 QR. per subject.
• Year 13 (AL- Level) 740 QR. per subject.

Bus Fees

The bus has a fixed travel route. Bus service is provided based on seats availability and location.

Bus Fee per term (QR 2,276)

Educational Vouchers (For Qatari Students only)

Educational Vouchers should be submitted within a month from the start of the academic year. Parents have to pay the voucher difference if any before the commencement of the third term.

Re-Registration Fee

• A fee of QR 2,276 is due at re-enrolment time to secure a seat for your child for the following academic year.
