On a child’s entry into the Nursery, the parent/carer is asked to pay a non-refundable registration fee.
Tuition Fees are payable in advance of a child’s sessions. They are non-transferable and non-refundable. We offer a flexible payment scheme where parents can pay in installments based on the number of days their child will attend per week. We offer 3 day, 4 day and 5 day weeks.

We ask parents/carers on withdrawing their child from the Nursery to give a minimum of 1 months’ notice in writing. Withdrawal of a child without appropriate notice will result in the fees continuing to be payable to the Nursery.
Payment is necessary for every session within each term, regardless of attendance or not. Holidays and illness do not exclude payments, unless a one-month notice is given prior to any absence.
If a child is collected late but have not paid for late collection, there will be a charge of 25AED per hour.
If a parent is having difficulty paying fees on time or at all, we would ask that you talk to the Accountant as soon as possible and will endeavor to assist you in any way we can. However, if any fees are either not paid on time of if a cheque is returned to us unpaid, the following steps would be taken.
Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable and are payable for all the absences including illness, vacation, public holidays and any unforeseen closures of the Nursery.
There will be an administration charge of AED 200 for all dishonored cheques.
