Remark:
- Registration deposit G5–G6 50,000 Baht G7–G12 80,000 Baht
is included in the tuition, non-refundable and deducted from 2nd semester tuition, and payable upon acceptance for new students. For returning students, the deposit is due and payable by June 1st.
- Application fee is one-off payment and non-refundable. Payable when application is submitted.
- Entrance fee is one-off payment and non-refundable. Payable upon acceptance.
- Miscellaneous account is deposited money by parents to cover educational field trips, a copy of the Yearbook for each family each year, educational equipment and material use. Uniforms may also be paid for out of this account. Any money remaining when a student leaves the school is returned aGer the accountant is sure that all expenses have been covered.
PLEASE NOTE: Based on student’s individual needs there may be times during the year that the miscellaneous fund may need to have extra funds added by the parent.
- Classroom Without Walls (CWW) is a compulsory program to further promote and develop learning outside the classroom. There is an annual Classroom Without Walls week for G6–G11. G12 travel aGer final exams in May. The fee varies based on year level.
Additional Fees:
- English Language Learning (ELL) is an additional education support program for students from G5 whose native language is not English. This additional support program need will be determined by the classroom teacher, the ELL teacher and the administration, based on classroom performance and formalized assessments. The fee is non-refundable for any withdrawal before the school year ends.

- Transportation costs 22,500 Baht/year from Primary Campus to Main Campus and from Main Campus to Primary Campus. It is also available from home to Main Campus and from Main Campus to home at an additional cost according to distance.
- Chromebook fee 15,000 Baht for new G5–G12 students
Residential Life Program (Thai Baht per year)
The school has facilities for residential students from Grade 5 to Grade 12. Different accommodation arrangements are made for Elementary, Middle and High School, as well as by gender.

OVERDUE PAYMENT
Where fees are not paid by the due date, the school reserves the right to proceed as follows:
- Withhold all school documents.
- Discontinue enrollment of the following academic year.
- Suspend from testing and all previous scores will be withheld.
- Take legal action in the collection of outstanding fees.

REFUND POLICIES
Withdrawal
- A refund will be considered for any semester paid for and not yet begun. Provided the school receives 30 days notice in advance.
- No refund for tuition or lunch fees if a student has attended school for any part of the semester.
- If fees are paid annually, then 100% refund of tuition, boarding and lunch fees is allowed if a student decides to withdraw before the start of a semester and has provided written notice of intention to withdraw to the Head of School at least 30 days before the start of semester.
Sicknesses
- Partial tuition refund will be considered if the student must withdraw from the school for serious health reasons. The original reliable medical sickness certificate from the certified hospital with a proper reason explaining the symptoms and medical treatments should be provided to school. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Business Office of the school in consultation with the Head of School.
