Fees

Faraday School seeks committed families and pupils who can contribute to and benefit from its high standard of education and care. Pupils are selected for admission to the school on the basis of the date when they were first registered. Siblings are given priority over this.

Registration Fee

£135 (non-refundable) To register your child for a place at Faraday, please complete this form

Deposit

£2,150 Refunded after the end of the pupil’s final term, subject to the correct notice being given and the account being settled in full

Fees per term

£4,653 Payable by the end of the preceding term for current pupils

Optional Extras

Morning Bus per day

• £7.50 per journey
• 5 journeys per week – £35 per week
• £6 per child per journey (2 or more siblings)

Afternoon Bus per day

• £7.50 per journey
• £6 per child per journey (2 or more siblings)

Clubs per session £10 – £13

Care

• 3.45pm – 4.45pm: £6 per day
• 3.45pm – 5.30pm: £11 per day
• Club followed by care per day £16: (capped, regardless of club price)

Private Instrument Lessons – 30 minutes

• Costs vary – parents are invoiced directly by the music teacher

Leaving Faraday

Required Notice

A full term’s notice must be given in writing by both parents if they wish to withdraw their child from Faraday before the end of Year 6. For example, to withdraw a pupil at the end of the Spring Term, notice must be given by the last day of the Autumn Term (preceding term). If a full term’s written notice is NOT given, the next term’s fees become payable in lieu.
