Please find the applicable fees for the school year below as your reference. The final fees applicable will be stated in the original invoice stated by our Finance. MIS operates a Rupiah to US Dollar rate because the majority of our school expenses are in US Dollars. To enable us to adjust to the economic challenges, we update the exchange rate each term. Please contact our Finance for the latest information about invoice-related inquiries.

Rate is subject to change without prior notice. Please contact us for the latest school fee tariff. The sibling discount of 5% will apply to the third and fourth child in a family to enroll at MIS.

IB Diploma Section

Exam Fees

Please note that the examination fees for the Diploma will need to be paid to the IB in full early in the DP 2 (Grade 12) school year for all students that are planning to take the DP or IB Courses. The costs can be estimated at approximately IDR 15,600,000,- (but may fluctuate depending on the exchange rate and any fee changes from the International Baccalaureate). You will be invoiced with the correct current rate at the start of the second year of DP.

Pamoja Fees (for a maximum 1 subject)

DP students are allowed to take maximum 1 (one) online subject option as their 6th subject provided by Pamoja (the online DP instruction provider). Additional fees are applicable as Pamoja subjects are not included in the Tuition Fee. For more information about this, please contact our Marketing office.

Responsibility for Payment of Tuition Fees

While arrangements can be made to submit Tuition Fee Accounts, for one or more children, to sponsoring corporate entities, the ultimate responsibility for payment of Tuition Fees remains that of individual families.

In the event of late, short or non-payment, MIS will ultimately refer any outstanding accounts for the attention of the family of the student concerned.

Payment of Tuition Fees

• All​ ​tuition​ ​payments​ ​are​ ​to​ ​be​ ​paid​ ​in​ ​advance​ ​or​ ​within​ ​15​ ​days​ ​of​ ​the​ ​beginning​ ​(from the first student day) of each school term.
• In the event of non-payment on these terms access will be denied to the students concerned, and academic references and certificates will be withheld until account balances are cleared.
• Late payments, irrespective of any other remedial action, are subjected to a monthly penalty of 2% (two) percent. In the event that the rupiah tuition fee is revised downwards due to a major change in the exchange rate, late payers will be charged at the previous, higher rate. In the event that the rupiah tuition rate is revised upwards due to a major change in the exchange rate, late payers will be charged at the new, higher rate.
• These payment terms are included with every Tuition Fees Account issued.
• For new enrollments - the registration fee, capital fee and tuition fee for the first term need to be paid in advance before the student enter their classes.

All fees are non-refundable.
