Payment Plan and Due Date

Returning Students A non-refundablere-enrollment deposit must be paid no later than March 29, Your child's place may not be guaranteed unless paid by the due date.
Any outstanding amounts for the previous school year must be cleared.
New Students Tuition and fees must be paid within 5 business days after acceptance or prior to the first day of classes, whichever date occurs first.
Students that are accepted prior to October 27 will be charged for a full school year.

Refund Policy

  • Tuition is subject to refund in accordance with the schedule written above.
  • Refunds must be requested with the DIS Refund Request Form within the 2 weeks of the student's last day of school.
  • Any outstanding amounts must be cleared prior to the release of transcript.
  • The refund schedule applies for both voluntary and involuntary withdrawals.
  • Please note that in the event of FORCE MAJEURE, which causes a student or students to withdraw from the school, tuition and fees already made for the school year will not be refunded. Force Majeure is defined as an event or effect, such as war, civil strife, labor unrest, or extreme weather, that cannot be anticipated or controlled and would affect the school’s financial condition. This policy is necessary to ensure the financial stability of the school and to provide resources for continued operations after the FORCE MAJEURE event has passed.
  • Refunds will be normally made in Korean Won.
  • Refunds are wire transferred to parents, or to their authorized representative. This policy is necessary to protect the family and the school.
