The Tuition Acceptance Fee is a one-time payment and is non-refundable.

Tuition Fee

Tuition fees are billed on per semester basis.

Initial Payment upon acceptance of Offer of Admission:

Additional charges may be incurred for items such as medical health check, student pass, visa, school uniforms, textbooks, examination fee, excursions, overseas trips, CCA, J-CAS, etc.

• By GIRO - Subsequent Payments of Tuition Fee: Subsequent payments of the tuition fee are to be paid by Interbank GIRO (IBG) through a bank account opened and maintained with a GIRO-participating bank in Singapore.

Notes:

• Amount is subject to GST.
• Refund of the security deposit and fees are subject to the School’s refund policy.
• Sibling discount is given to applicant with a sibling as our student or alumni of HCIS. The discount amounts to Waiver of Tuition Acceptance Fee.
• Hwa Chong Family Discount applies to an applicant who is an immediate past student from Nanyang Primary School joining Year 1 in HCIS. Or a student of Nanyang Girls High School or Hwa Chong Institution joining Year 5 in HCIS. It is valid as long as the student join HCIS within 1 year of graduation from the mentioned schools. The discount amounts to waiver of Tuition Acceptance Fee and 10% discount on first year Tuition Fee.

The Boarding Acceptance Fee is a one-time payment and is non-refundable.

Boarding fees are billed on per semester basis.

Boarding fee includes accommodation, meals (breakfast and dinner daily; lunch will be provided on weekends and Public Holidays), laundry, internet access and supervision by full-time HCIS Residence Mentors.
