Enrolment Fee

There is no charge to lodge an Application for Enrolment. If you are offered and accept a place for your daughter a non-refundable fee of $600 is payable, $300 of which is credited to your family account when your daughter commences. Should you accept a place and then withdraw the application, no fee is refunded.

If two or more daughters are offered and accept a place in the same calendar year a total enrolment fee of $1,100 is payable, $600 of which is credited to your family account when your daughters commence. School Card families and those in financial difficulty may be entitled to pay a lower fee. The Enrolment Fee must be paid and the Agreement Form signed for the College’s offer to be binding.

Siblings

St Aloysius College offers a 10% reduction in Tuition Fees for each child when more than one child from the same family attends the College. Please note this only applies to full fee paying students.

Early Payment

St Aloysius College offers a 5% discount on the Tuition Fee for payment in full by the end of February, provided that all of the following criteria are met:

• All arrears have been paid in full
• The full year’s fees are paid in full

Please note that the early payment discount applies only to full fee paying students.

Payment Methods

St Aloysius College accepts the following methods of payment:

• BPay – Can be initiated by the family through telephone banking or the internet (see your invoice for BPay code and account number)
• EFTPOS – Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted, but not American Express or Diners Club
• Cheques – Made payable to St Aloysius College can either be posted or presented at the SAC Office
• Cash – Please do not post cash; make all cash payments at the SAC Office and please retain your receipt
• Centrepay – Families can instruct Centrelink to pay St Aloysius College directly
