Tuition Changes
Every year we adjust our school tuition based on our running costs, plans for school improvement, and in consideration of external factors such as inflation and changes to the tax rate.
This year, in particular, the external factors play a major role in the tuition increase but are not the only reason. We are always working to improve the quality of our school and our staff in order to provide the best education and care for your children.

Commitment
Please consider your signup as a contract with the school. When you sign-up we will hold the seat for your child and we are expecting and planning for your child to join for the terms that you have selected.
About Tuition
- Tuition rates are based on terms.
- Tuition can be paid by term or by year.
- Because we base our tuition on the number of days offered each term, our prices are different each term.
- Tuition fees cover school attendance and learning materials.
- Support classes, extra-curricular classes and activities, and the Extended Care program are all billed separately.
- Students allowed to enter during the course of a semester must pay a prorated fee for the remainder of the semester and the following semester.
- Fees includes: Utilities, insurance, materials, snacks and drinks.
- A late fee is charged for tuition not received by the due date
- There will be no refund or deduction for any class missed for any reason.
- There will be no make up lessons for classes missed.
- School Insurance covers injuries occurring on and off the school premises and food poisoning caused by school snacks or catered lunch.
Deposits
Deposits are due 6 to 7 months before the start of the term. When your deposit is paid, your seat is again held until the remainder of the tuition is paid on the due date.
All Morning Programs will have a ¥50,000 deposit per term regardless of the number of days taken. For families using the Annual Payment option, the deposit is ¥150,000.

- 20% Cancellation Fee: May 21 - June 30
- 50% Cancellation Fee: July 1 - 31
- 80% Cancellation Fee: Aug 1 - Day before 1st Term Start
- 100% Cancellation Fee: Start of 1st Term
2nd Term
- Deposit Due Date: June 20
- Full Payment Due Date: September 20
- 20% Cancellation Fee: September 21 - October 31
- 50% Cancellation Fee: November 1 - 30
- 80% Cancellation Fee: December 1 - Day before 2nd Term Start
- 100% Cancellation Fee: Start of 2nd Term
3rd Term
- Deposit Due Date: September 20
- Full Payment Due Date: December 20
- 20% Cancellation Fee: December 21 - January 31
- 50% Cancellation Fee: February 1 - 28
- 80% Cancellation Fee: March 1 - Day before 3rd Term Start
- 100% Cancellation Fee: Start of 3rd Term
