Payment Schedules
A student’s entire tuition bill may be paid in a single payment due by July 1, directly to CCA. Alternatively, families may choose to split their bill into two installments, with the first payment due by July 1 (60 percent of the balance) followed by a second payment due by December 1, (the remaining balance due). Families may also arrange to pay their child’s tuition bill utilizing a ten-month installment plan. All families are expected to utilize Smart Tuition, our tuition management system, to pay tuition in their preferred time frame, with all tuition expected to be paid in full no later than March 15.
