Fees may be paid for the Academic year in three instalments or on monthly payment plan. The fees includes tuition fees, ID card, ICT, performing arts/evening games/study room/multimedia, kits, co-curricular activities, labs, library, sports for the academic year.

The fees do not include: books, uniform, class activity expenses, annual days, annual international travel, support classes, external examinations and SEND services.

Guidelines for Payment of Fees

  • All payments should be made by the due date.
  • Fee payments are due from the time of joining the school.
  • For admissions in the middle of the session the fee payable will be calculated on a pro rata basis for the balance period of the academic year and the school will consider the date of joining as the 1st day of the month of joining.

Procedure for remitting Payments

All cheques/ drafts/ remittances to be made in favour of Pamir Private School , and must clearly state

  • Invoice Number
  • Student’s Name
  • Grade Applied For
  • Student ID No. if allotted.

Discounts and Fee Guidelines

Sibling Discount:

  • In the case of two children, the second child will get a 5% discount.
  • In the case of three children, the second child will get a 10% discount and the third child will get a 10% discount.

School Fees Payment Procedure

Revision in School Fee Payment Policy with effect from Current Year:

  • Fee payment for the first term (for 4 months) should be done by cash/card only.
  • The whole year payment is preferred, if not, after paying by cash/card for the first term, two PDCs should be handed over for the 2nd and 3rd term respectively. These two PDCs should be submitted along with the 1st term cash/card payment.
  • No more monthly fee payment will be accepted.
  • If any one of the PDCs bounce, then a penalty of Dh.200/- will be charged by the school.
  • Fee defaulters’ log in facilities will be blocked.

Refund Policy

  • Registration fee, amount paid for Books, & Uniform are not refundable.
  • The refund policy for Tuition &Transport fee is as follows:
  • Attendance for 2 weeks or less : One month fee to be paid
  • Attendance of 2 weeks- One month : Two months fee to be paid
  • Attendance of more than one month : Three months fee to be paid
