Crèche & Kindergarten

Fees Structure

In order to enable as many children as possible to access our educational programmes, Phorms tuition fees are income-based.

The monthly tuition fee in the school current year will be calculated based on the annual gross income of a year before last year. The tuition fee will be adapted for each school year, i.e. for the school next year the annual gross income of last year will be used to calculate the tuition fee, for next to next year the income of this year and so on.

Crèche

In our Crèche tuition fees are based on childcare hours.

The core time in Crèche is from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm.

Administration Fee

Upon the conclusion of a contract, we charge a one-off administration fee of 1,500.00 euro. There will be no further administration fees at the change of department.

Lunch Provision

There is a monthly charge of 102.00 euro for breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Materials

At the beginning of each kindergarten year, we charge 100.00 euro for materials.

Kindergarten

With the help of the fee calculator you can calculate your individual monthly tuition fee.

Please enter your required daily childcare hours and the annual gross income of both legal guardians of the calendar year before last (in euro), without any separators or commas (i.e. 60000)

Administration Fee

Upon the conclusion of a contract, we charge a one-off administration fee of 1,500.00 euro. There will be no further administration fees at the change of department.

Lunch Provision

There is a monthly charge of 105.00 euro for breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Materials

At the beginning of each kindergarten year, we charge 100.00 euro for materials.

Sibling Discount

We offer a sibling discount of 15 percent on the monthly tuition fee for all siblings (including the first child) in kindergarten and school. We do not offer a sibling discount in crèche.

Primary School

The tuition fee will be adapted for each school year, i.e. for the school next year the annual gross income of this year will be used to calculate the tuition fee, for next to next year the income of this year and so on.

With the fee calculator you can calculate your individual tuition fee. Please enter the annual gross income of both legal guardians of the calender year before last in euro, without any separators or commas (i.e. 60000):

Administration Fee

Upon the conclusion of a contract, we charge a one-off administration fee of 2.5 times one monthly tuition fee. Up until an annual family gross income of 50,000 euro, we charge only one time the monthly tuition fee. There will be no further administration fee at the change of department into secondary school.

Lunch Provision

We charge a monthly fee of 89.00 euro for food.

Support Association of the Primary School (Förderverein der Phorms Grundschule e.V.)

The purpose of the support association is to provide Phorms Munich Primary School with ideational and especially financial help. The membership is voluntary. The monthly membership fee consists of 9% of the monthly tuition fee. For detailed information about the support association and its tasks please contact our Admissions Team.

Administration Fee

Materials

At the beginning of the school year, we charge a contribution fee for materials of 50.00 euro.

IB Diploma Programme

If a student participates in the IB Diploma Programme, there is an additional monthly cost of 300 euro in the last two school years (year levels 11 and 12). If a student participates in the IB English Certificate or the IB Theory of Knowledge Certificate, there is an additional monthly cost of 38 euro for each Certificate. There are additional costs for the registration fee for the IB Diploma as well as the assessment fee per subject.

School based funding

Phorms Munich Secondary School receives school based funding (Schulgeldersatz) for each student according to Article 47 BaySCHFG in connection with paragraph 22 AVBaySCHFG. The school based funding amounts to €106.00 in the school this year. The amount is offset with the tuition fee and is already included in the tuition fee shown above. For the month of August, payment of the school based funding is not effected, the tuition fee, however, will not be increased by the amount of the school based funding not received for that month.
