Holy Trinity School “HTS” offers families four different fee payment options, as outlined in the fee schedule below. Please note the installment due dates for each option. The Option E (early) payment due date will not be extended beyond the published date.
Annual Fund
Year after year, our community comes together to further our mission by making a financial contribution to the school through the HTS Annual Fund. This financial gift is beyond the cost of tuition and provides additional resources that allow HTS to be extraordinary.
HTS is a not-for-profit school and a registered Canadian charity that complies with the regulations set forth by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). We devote all of our resources (funds, staff and our campus) to deliver an outstanding educational program for our learners. Because we're a not-for-profit organization, your donations to our school have a tremendous impact. Every dollar given to HTS is invested in our incredible programs, people and spaces.
Each year, parents are asked to donate a minimum of $1,500 per child to the HTS Annual Fund. Your donation is tax-deductible and a tax receipt will be issued for your contribution. Your Annual Fund donation will be recognized in the Annual Review publication.
Your company may be one of the many organizations who will match your donation to HTS, therefore doubling your gift. Please check with your employer to find out if they participate in the corporate matching gift program.
Tuition Refund Plan Insurance
In accordance with the HTS withdrawal policy, there will be no refund of fees. As such, parents may wish to purchase the Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) insurance available through A.W.G. Dewar, Inc. (refer to pamphlet for more details). The TRP insurance cost, which includes 8% PST, is $386 per student. For tuition fee payment option C, TRP insurance is mandatory and is included in the pricing above.
