Payment Method

Fees are payable in terms of the election made by parents, either annually, termly or monthly.

• Annual Fees are payable on or before 31 January.
• Termly Fees are payable on the first day of term.
• Monthly Fees are only payable via debit order on the first working day of each month from February to December.

Interest will be charged on all overdue fees

• One half term’s notice is required when discountinuing extras or optional charges.
• One term’s notice is required when withdrawing a pupil from the school or discontinuing boarding.
• On acceptance of a place in the school, a deposit is required which will be equivalent to one term’s tuition fees at the class of entry.
