This amount does not reflect other fees such as the Application Fee ($400), New Student Registration Fee ($3,000), sibling discount, bussing, textbooks, uniforms, special trips, or tournaments. Invoices are mailed in mid-May or upon registration if after this date.

The MEID is retained by Meadowridge School throughout your child's academic career. When your family is no longer current you have a choice to either redeem your MEID or donate all or a portion of it back to the school.
The Yearly Incidental Program Fees cover field trips, yearbooks, textbook rental, mandatory supplies, workbooks, graduation fees, and any other incidentals that are required for each program.
This is a fee required from the International Baccalaureate Organization and is applied in the Grade 11 year. IB fees are determined by the International Baccalaureate Organization and are subject to change. Please note: This is not a complete list of all the expenses required throughout the school year and does not include uniforms, cafeteria, bussing, after-school care, and optional international trips. At the time of Re-Registration for (typically in January) a deposit of $2,500 per student is required to hold the spot. This deposit goes towards your tuition costs. If your family confirms Re-Registration and then does not return, this fee is non-refundable. All fees listed are subject to change from year to year.
Full tuition payments must be made by June 15 or within two weeks of registration, whichever is later. Families which pay their full tuition by June 15 or within 2 weeks of registration will be given a 0.85% early payment discount on their family account. A 3% administration fee will apply to all credit card payments received after the due date.
We understand the impact that the cost of an independent school education can have on families with multiple children. In an effort to assist families considering Meadowridge, we have established a tuition discount for families enrolling two or more children. The following applies:
Definition of Sibling: The student must be one of two or more children (biologically or legally adopted) having one or both parents in common. This discount is not available to family members outside the sibling relationship such as step-brothers/ sisters, cousins, and so on, whose permanent residence is at the same address as the student currently enrolled at the School.
The discount is applied to the second and subsequent sibling(s) in the order of birth. Students in receipt of the sibling discount are not eligible for any other discount.
Tuition can be financed over the course of 10 months. Monthly payments will begin on June 15 and can be paid by direct withdrawal or charged to a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). A 3% administration fee will apply if monthly payments are charged to a credit card. The School does not accept post dated cheques for tuition fees.
International Students must pay tuition in full at the time of registration.
