A nonrefundable Reservation Deposit, equal to 10% of contracted tuition, is required with Rectory's Enrollment Contract. This amount is used to fund the student's School bank account.
Students in grades 5-9 are required to maintain a student bank account. Charges to a student's bank account may include, but are not limited to, School Store and athletic purchases, travel expenses, allowance, medical expenses, athletic fees, testing fees, clubs, and weekend activities (not covered in tuition). The student bank account must have sufficient funds to allow charging privileges, including weekly allowance. Any balance remaining in the account after all charges have been processed at the end of the school year will be refunded (or applied to the next school year, at the parents' request) in August.
International Student Accident and Health Insurance is required for all students whose primary residence is outside the United States and who do not have primary health coverage with a U.S.-based insurance company. If you have a non U.S. address, the cost of this insurance coverage will be added to your billing statement. The policy is for 10 months while the student is in residence at Rectory School.
