Academy of the Sacred Heart

Academy of the Sacred Heart is committed to enrolling an inclusive student body comprised of students from various economic, ethnic, racial and social backgrounds. As part of that commitment, the school has established a program of tuition assistance for families who would otherwise be unable to consider ASH as an option for their children. The school’s philosophy regarding tuition assistance is that it be need-based. There is no preset income figure that qualifies a family for assistance. The school also has several merit-based scholarships.

While it is the school’s firm belief that the primary responsibility for financing the student’s education belongs to her family, ASH appreciates that not every family can bear the full cost. The purpose of the tuition assistance program is to make ASH accessible to these families.

Tuition Assistance Program

Sacred Heart has an established tuition assistance program for families who would otherwise be unable to consider Sacred Heart as an option. Awards are need-based and vary in range depending upon each family’s financial resources. Sacred Heart’s Tuition Assistance awards are allocated to Kindergarten through 12th grade students according to financial need while keeping a balance across grades. Last year, Sacred Heart awarded over $600,000 in assistance to 28% of students. The school’s Director of Admissions is available to counsel privately with interested families regarding tuition assistance. A family’s interest in tuition assistance and any award granted is considered strictly confidential

Tuition Assistance Application Process

​The tuition assistance application process for the current school year opens in early October. Sacred Heart uses ISM’s FAST program to process tuition assistance applications. All applications are completed online. You may access the FAST Application byclicking here. There is a $45 fee per family to file an application. This is payable via credit card online. The FAST Aid worksheet is a great tool to help you organize and complete your FAST application.
