Notes
- LWC fees are inclusive; there is no extra charge for e.g. books, stationery and laundry.
- Personal Accident Insurance is included in the fees.
- Travel Insurance, included in the fees, covers school trips at home/abroad, incl winter sports.
- A charge is made where it is individually incurred, such as optional subjects, examination fees, books for personal retention, portable appliance testing, transport to hospital or dentist, and offsite trips.
- Music tuition and learning support are invoiced direct to parents by the visiting music/learning support teacher.
- A Registration Fee of £250 is payable on completion of the Registration Form.
- An Acceptance Deposit of £1,000 is payable for all pupils on acceptance of an offer of a place, £500 of which is refunded on the first termly invoice. For non-EU pupils an additional overseas deposit equivalent of one term’s fees is also payable.
- Flexi-boarding confers up to 3 nights per week. Remissions on the occasional boarding rate are not available.
- A full term’s notice (see Parent Contract for terms and conditions) in writing is required before a pupil is removed.
- The Sternians’ Association fee. Parents can opt out by contacting the Finance Department.
- Interest on overdue accounts is charged from the first day of term
