The Placement Fee is used to secure placement for re-enrolling students for any new school year. Families who are not re-enrolling should complete a Departure Notice Form according to the deadlines specified in the Student Departure and Refund Policy.

For newly enrolling students, the *Placement Fee is due within five (5) days after the school’s Offer of Placement has been extended. All tuition and fees must be paid by the annual and semester deadlines or at least five (5) days before the student’s first day of attendance if joining mid-year. The School reserves the right to deny a student’s admission to the School’s facilities, including classes if payments are not made by stipulated dates. Students whose accounts are in arrears will not participate in School, and progress reports and transcripts will not be released until payment is received. If a parent cannot meet the payment deadline, the parent should contact the Finance Department and Admissions Office to apply for a payment extension. Payment extensions may be granted by the school, but are not guaranteed, based on individual circumstances and on a case-by-case basis.
