Tuition Fees

Grade Semester Payment
Grade 1-12 RMB 38,000

Tuition Fee Discount (per semester):

If two or more children are admitted from the same family, we will offer the second child and all subsequent children a 5% discount on the tuition fee.

Miscellaneous Fee (per semester): RMB 3,000
The miscellaneous fee includes the expense of non-returnable Chinese textbooks, workbooks, school activities and MAP test fee etc.

School Bus Fee (per semester): The cost will be borne by the students who take school bus

The school bus fee is calculated according to the distance driven.

Food Fee (per semester):RMB 2,500 for Elementary School

AP or IB Exam Fees: All external exam fees related to the AP testing or IB program should be covered by parents.

Refund Policy:

  • If the student has paid all the fees on time and then decides not to come before school starts, the student is required to show a written transfer application one week before school starts. The school will refund 80% of the tuition fee and 100% of the miscellaneous fee. The school bus fee and lunch fee will be refunded in accordance with the information below.
  • If the student decides to withdraw or transfer within one month after a school term begins, the student is required to show the relevant certificate of documents. The school will refund 50% of the tuition fee. After one month, the tuition fee is non-refundable. The school bus fee and lunch fee will be refunded in accordance with the information below.
  • Miscellaneous fee refund information
  • The miscellaneous fee will be issued the check list each semester, the remaining cost will be refunded, and additional fees will not be charged.

If an application is delivered to FDIS during the holidays, it will be acknowledged as received by FDIS on the first working day after the holiday.

This month’s payment will not be refunded; the rest of the months' payments will be refunded.

You should submit the original invoice when you apply for a refund. Please be sure to keep the invoice for the tuition fees, miscellaneous fee, school bus fees and lunch fees.

Procedures for making payments:

  • If you pay the tuition by bank transfer, please be sure to indicate the student’s name and send the bank’s proof of payment along with the student’s name to the FDIS Main Office for verification.
  • All fees must be received prior to the deadline above. If the school fees remain unpaid, the school reserves the right to nullify the student’s admission.
