Methods of payment

All fees need to be paid before the beginning of the academic year, latest 30 th August. Please note the opening hours of the administration during the summer holidays. The payments can be made by

• Cash: payable in UAE Dirham at the office.
• Cheques: Current dated UAE Dirhams Cheques drawn at UAE bank written to “German International School Sharjah”. The payment can be done with four cheques dated 31st August / 31st October / 31st January / 31st March.
• Bank Transfer: Direct transfer to the school’s bank account Account Name: German International School Sharjah Bank Name: Emirates Islamic Bank Account Number: 3707399468501 IBAN: AE950340003707399468501 SWIFT: MEBLAEAD.

A 3% early payment discount will be applied to full payments received prior to 30th June. There will be no further reduction after this date.

If you register your child during an ongoing year, you have to pay the fees before your child starts school. The school and bus fees will be charged proportionately for the remaining month. A school year corresponds to 10/10 (10 months).
