I have my best experience on learning on-site. All lecturers are taking care of students for a degree courses. Thank you for at least taking professional lecturers in my last year on a degree course. I feel warm and this is a right place to study and do my best potential.
I had some bad experience on Diploma as well, so better think wisely next time for the part time lecturer. They don’t really care on students and education. Some of them just a pay check.

time to familiarise with the life on campus but it turns out to be amazing! A lot of activities are encouraged and learning is more like experiencing and having fun. The canteen food is good too.

Had a very bad experience at MDIS when I went to apply for a course for my nephew. I had earlier visited the school to find out what are the required documents to be submitted. After preparing them, I then submitted all the necessary documents to the staff by the name of Wang Na (王娜) I asked her if she can help to check if the required documents are ok or not. As she didnt advise or reply me if they are ok or not, I then decided to go down to the school to meet her.
Upon meeting her at the school, she told me she havent received some of the documents yet. When I showed her my phone showing that I had already send her the documents. She then look at the documents and told me that the documents fell short as they require an official stamp.
Honestly, I have never seen such bad customer service. As a course consultant, you have to tell your customer what they need to do and guide them. If the document are not ok, then just tell them where the documents fell short, not say that you have not received the documents when they have obviously send them to you already. This tells me you are not even interested in looking at what I have submitted or possibly not even interested whether I submitted the documents at all. If you are not interested, why are you even a course consultant in the school ? As she displayed such lack of interest in helping me check the documents, I requested for another more helpful staff to serve me instead.

Horrible experience. This institute and it's service is not worth it. I'm just in the process of applying to mdis for an advanced diploma in business management. Just enrolling in this course as an international student has been so difficult.
They don't provide the student any information or guidance. Only clear guidance for payment procedures nothing else in terms of timelines, student visa everything you have to run after them and they ll give you every excuse under the sun.
Very sketchy staff, unwilling to provide time to explain anything. They don't answer calls, don't respond to emails. Impossible to reach. Even if they do respond it's a wonder and then they give you half information not the full picture.
The country managers for the international department provide such poor pathetic service. They re only objective should be to admit the student and even that is made so impossible and difficult very unlike Singapore.
Singapore is a great place but the lack of work ethics within this institute is astounding.
