The education at this Kuala Lumpur school is truly remarkable; the dedicated staff fosters an environment where my child not only excels academically but also grows as a confident individual.

I grew up at the M'KIS, spending a total of 15 years here. What I loved the most was how the school was a community that cared about every student. M'KIS teachers and staff were patient as I struggled with handwriting as a 6 year old. I met teachers who gave me the confidence to lead extracurricular activities and to speak out in class. Totally recommend anyone and everyone to send their child here!

I was only there for so little but it’s my point of comparison for other schools. This school taught me to work on my self and work for what I want, the educational system helped me a lot develop my creativity and thinking. I hope that people that are currently in this school value it because once you leave it’s never the same. Thank your for helping me meet such wonderful people inside the school :)

I remember this school as my favorite one. The teachers, students, Staff were all very kind. I was truly sad when covid hit in the middle of 5th grade. I was in the middle of my PYPX project. aah, the 5 years of memories. Thank you truly, the MKIS community, for always being my favorite school.
Lots of Love,
Jacob

Fantastic school where you really feel welcome and the kids have a very special treatment (all of them). Is amazing to be at the school and see everyone talking with the kids and calling them by name and giving full support for their development. We arrived two years ago in KL and I am pretty sure the school was our most important and successful choice for the future of our three kids. Thanks to all MKIS staffs for the continuous support.

Mont' Kiara International School is a relatively small, but very good school. The teachers at this school are almost always open to giving extra help whenever they can. It is a very challenging school for many students, but it is challenging in a good way. This is because students are faced with the ESLRs or expected school wide learning results that encourage them to go beyond their limitations. The curriculum is also designed to make the students excellent global citizens.

Our daughter attended Grade 3/4 at MKIS. It was an excellent school and she really enjoyed her experience at MKIS. The Principle, Mr. Spence, the staff and teachers were very involved in providing a a well rounded education for the students with many opportunities outside the class to participate in activities supporting the community, sports, and music. Overall a great school.

What can I say about MKIS? Thank you! Our eldest son has spent the last 4 years at the school going through all three kindergarten grades and first grade. Our youngest son attended KP and is currently in KPA. We couldn't have wished for a better school to give our children the best possible start to their education. There really are some fantastic teachers at the school, many of whom I've been lucky enough to spend time with in the classroom. I'm only sorry that our time in KL has come to an end and our children will no longer be attending the school. The thing that really sets MKIS apart from all the other schools in KL is the feeling of community. A very large percentage of the pupils live within walking distance so the school really does feel like your local school back home. Many of the parents know each other and are heavily involved in activities at the school which is very much encouraged by the faculty. Added to the fact that there are pupils from all corners of the world it really is the best of both worlds. There have been major changes to the school in our 4 years here, all for the best. Not just in the overall appearance and in the major upgrades to classrooms, new gym, new climbing wall etc. But also in the way the school is run. The support the teachers receive from the heads of school is fantastic and means that they can concentrate on giving the children the best education possible. As a family we will really miss MKIS but will always be thankful for the decision we made to send our children there

You'll find some of the most entitled brats you've ever met. These will turn out to be a drain on the world resources. The sort who'll polute the gene pool of humanity. Hidden amongst these will be some gems but these are few and far between. It all starts in the home. And unfortunately a lot of these mkis students already have parents who don't know how/don't have time to teach them manners, set a bad example for them, or both. Money ain't everything. Fools.
