Ora follows a gradual orientation process that has been designed to ensure your family’s home-to nursery transition goes smoothly. Ora's pre-FS program for 2-3 year olds acknowledges the profound power of play, thoughtfully balancing fluid, child-initiated, curiosity-based learning with more routine-based teaching times. This approach encourages educators and young people to work together, fostering simultaneous teaching and learning. Building upon this foundation, our FS-1 program for 3-4 year olds is inspired by leading international early-childhood educators and our own extensive research, resulting in experiential teaching methods that bring learning to life.
As educators, we aim to encourage: Excellent communication, accountability, commitment and passion, creativity and innovation, inspiration and ambition and humility and kindness. We believe that educators should be positive role models. We will: Provide a positive and safe environment, be reliable, and consistent, build secure relationships with children, aim to meet individual needs, accept and celebrate differences, and foster children's enthusiasm.
We encourage children to develop their own theories and question them. Children will be: heard and encouraged to develop their own ideas; challenged to take risks and think differently, inspired to think that the impossible may be possible, and encouraged to work collaboratively on shared explorations.

I am so thankful to the wonderful teachers at Ora! I knew that I wanted to send my little boy to Nursery and this one is perfect for him. The area is safe. The Nursery is clean and a wonderful learning environment. The teachers are gems! Patient and kind, warm and thoughtful. My son is loving going to Nursery and is learning so much. I have recently joined the ora nursery and I can honestly say that its a nice feeling being able to enjoy coming into work. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. My manager is accommodating, supportive and approachable if i have any concerns. I love working in such a pleasant, positive and active environment. Just like any other job there are challenges to deal with but at the end of the day its the enjoyment to see in the children’s face that makes it fulfilling. Kudos to our great team.
