Raffles Montessori is MOE registered and established in Singapore since 2003. We follow and uphold the true educational philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori, who established Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) in 1929. Our directresses include an AMI-trained guide (teacher) and a complete set of Montessori materials to prepare the child for each stage of learning.
We will enable our children to acquire knowledge, skills and values, to meet the challenges of an ever changing world. This we will achieve by applying the Montessori approach, which embodies individualized instruction, mixed-age grouping, an international curriculum, bilingual literacy, in a prepared classroom environment, with a qualified Montessori directress (teacher), and a complete set of specialized Montessori educational materials approved by the Association Montessori Internationale. We aim to ensure that every child is equipped not just for his or her entrance to the local primary school, but that they will have the life skills to lead a happy and successful life.
Our Goals for each child, our goals are to develop his/her potential through self-choice and self-expression, develop a sense of high self-esteem, build habits of concentration and persistence, foster inner discipline and a sense of order, develop positive social behavioral skills, develop a positive attitude towards school and learning.
Raffles Montessori offers each child his or her own personal learning programme at an exact point of interest and mastery. The objective is to assist in the total development of the child- social, emotional, intellectual, physical, cultural and spiritual – so that the child will be better prepared for life and able to adjust the changing conditions of their environment.
Our curriculum is regularly reviewed by experienced educational specialists and child psychologists to ensure our children are prepared for entry into the local primary school.We have 4 sessions per day, and operate from Mondays to Fridays. We also have 2 week holiday programmes for the children during the June and December school holidays.

Raffles Montessori is a wonderful school. The teachers put in lots of effort to make school fun, while ensuring the kids have a conducive environment to learn. This is evident from my son’s enthusiasm towards going to school every day. A small and close knit community, all the teachers in the school seem to have a genuine interest in the welfare of every student. This school has provided a nurturing environment for my son for almost 4 years now. I would definitely recommend Raffles Montessori to parents!

My son had a great experience at Raffles Montessori. Over the 2 years he was there, he has grown independent and learnt skills beyond books. My 3 children are from Raffles Montessori and two already graduated from the kindergarten and doing very well in their primary school. They are very well prepared for primary 1.
My youngest son age 4 enjoys the school. He had attended the holiday program with the themed "Rainforest" in June and had enjoyed them a lot. The holiday program has a lot of enriching activities for the children. He can come home and tell me the layers of rainforest. The teachers are very caring and constantly update us on the activities done by the children.
We like the school very much and will not hesitate to recommend parents to the school.

Our little one used to be has really blossomed at Raffles Montessori Still Road. The teachers are lovely and come up with such creative activities for children! We don't speak Chinese at home and our kiddo now comes home to teach us new words in Mandarin.
We also love the small class sizes for the younger years and good teacher/student ratio, and our little one loves the play area in the garden.

Found this school after researching more than 10 other Schools. My Daughter has been there 2 years and the school has more than fulfilled her potential. I can see her blossom from the teaching and education.
