Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Job Summary

• Management of acute critical diseases and emergency resuscitation of patients.
• Assurance to the afflicted
• All CTAS triage levels
• Tertiary level cases involving medical and surgical sub-specialties, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology and psychiatry.
• Poisoning and overdoses and disaster medicine

Services covers

• Tertiary level patients, national and non-national, who are eligible and have been referred for higher level of care,
• All cash patients who require emergency medical care.
• All patients, regardless of eligibility, who present to the ED, for whom there is a potential threat to life or limb (CTAS triage level I, II)
• Male and female patients of all age’s neonates, children and adults.
• 65-115 patients per 24 Hours

Requirements

• Current 2 years clinical experience in Emergency Nursing (Tertiary, please note we are not a Trauma Center)
