St Paul’s Grammar School is a co-educational, non-denominational Christian Grammar school in Sydney’s Greater West. A tradition of excellence and inclusive, distinctive school culture imbue the fabric of life at St Paul’s. An International Baccalaureate World School, located on expansive grounds across a 70-acre campus, St Paul’s students have the benefit of excellent facilities that are set amidst cultivated native gardens and bushland with unfettered skies above. We are proud to offer the International Baccalaureate programmes continuously from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12, as well as the New South Wales Education Standards Authority (NESA) curricula.
Our students achieve consistently high results across all levels of their education. Our Alumni pursue careers in a wide range of disciplines in Australia and all over the world, reflecting the considered and engaged approach to lifelong learning that is characteristic of a St Paul's education and a distinctive of the IB programme.
Founded on the aspiration of a determined community, seeking to establish a Christian Grammar School to serve the Penrith area in 1983, St Paul’s is recognised as one of the foremost schools in the region. Our staff, students, their parents and caregivers are part of a strong, supportive, vibrant community with opportunities to engage with a vivid school calendar and thriving co-curricular programme.
Generosity of spirit and service to others are at the core of our schooling and our community. Our school’s service endeavours are diverse and involvement extends across all year levels. As a school, we aim to identify and benefit those in need, through initiatives and projects that form an integral part of our school calendar and culture. By cultivating awareness of those in need we also help our students to realise themselves as individuals and valued community members: extending connection and support for others in active, collaborative service.
St Paul’s will be a dynamic, transformative and exemplary Christian Grammar School, where students and staff can flourish, both within and beyond the school. As a Christ-centred community, St Paul’s Grammar School enables excellence in all areas, empowering students to be discerning and knowledgeable individuals of integrity, who are called to serve in the world with respect and compassion.
As a Christian school, we believe that we are all created by God in His image; therefore, every individual is precious, deserving of care and respect. A Christian worldview informs and frames every aspect of our school – from the ways in which we relate to each other, the presentation of our curriculum, our policies and procedures and the way we model our faith in daily practice.
From a foundation of caring inquiry-based learning in Pre-Kindergarten, extending right through to their senior years, St Paul’s students share in a school culture that is both proud and strong – as much about becoming well-rounded, responsible world citizens as it is about enjoying their journey.
The internationally-recognised International Baccalaureate programmes are taught continuously at Primary, Middle and Senior levels, in conjunction with NESA requirements, placing our students in a global framework, with a local focus. I am proud of our exceptional teaching staff at St Paul’s: their enthusiasm always extends far beyond the four walls of the classroom. Whether finishing with the IB Diploma or HSC programme, St Paul’s students are uniquely placed to work to their strengths and to aim high.
A tradition of academic excellence is only one aspect to education. St Paul’s students are able to immerse themselves in a range of co-curricular activities that extend their learning experience – including our RFS unit, and a vast range of sport, music, dance, drama.
