To enable every pupil to develop to be fluent in English and Welsh so that they are able to take a full part in the social and cultural life of the bilingual society.

To ensure that pupils have an equal opportunity by providing for them a curriculum that is relevant, differentiative, expansive and balanced interpreting the requirements of the National Curriculum in the context of the Education Authority’s philosophy and policies. To ensure that the Authority’s revised Language Policy is implemented effectively in the context of the National Curriculum including the ‘Welsh Language Charter’. The school has been awarded the ‘Bronze’ status, and will be applying for ‘Silver’ status Summer 2017.
