Odyssey Nursery, Dubai

I still rememebr the first day Lara came to Odyssey , how i was feeling , i remember leaving her with Thelma & Karla and very quickly i felt comfortable & Happy .I trusted them so much and saw how they cared about her and how happy she was then she went to Amel's Class who thought her a lot and helped me a lot then Nathalie & Marie's Class where she really grew up and learned and progressed. Thank you May, Diana, Amel, Nathalie, Marie,Thelma,Karla ,Carla & Rhea. Thank you all sooo much for taking good care of Lara.We love you all so much ,see you with the second baby....LOL

Most probably the best nursery in Dubai. They make you (kid and adult) feel like home the moment you walk in : it’s nice and cozy, clean and safe, and the team is just beyond friendly and very professional. Could not thank Diana and all the super lovely ladies enough for taking care of our little Tom for 2 years.

Comme tous les parents nous sommes soucieux de l’éducation de notre enfant. En arrivant sur Abu Dhabi nous voulions une école qui à la fois conserve à mon fils son niveau d’Anglais et le prépare à rentrer à l’école française. Odyssey est la parfaite réponse à nos attentes. Les méthodes éducatives y sont en adéquation avec son envie d’explorer : L’enfant est libre de découvrir et d’expérimenter par lui-même et l’apprentissage utilise des supports innovants et la plupart du temps relie à la nature. Les avancées de notre enfant sont suivies en temps réel et un rapport hebdomadaire nous permet de suivre son évolution et comprendre ce qui est vu en classe. Au-delà du projet éducatif c’est aussi une équipe pédagogique qui considère les enfants et un endroit où il aime retourner tous les jours.

I originally chose Odyssey Nursery Dubai because I wanted my daughter to be in a French speaking nursery. English is our first language and we feel very strongly about our children learning a different language from a young age. From the minute we walked in for a tour it felt like a warm and welcoming environment. We originally signed up for 2 days a week, but my daughter loved it so much that by the end of the first week we had already moved her to 5 days a week. She loves it so much that she never wants to leave! Everyone that works there knows my daughter by name and they always say hello when we walk in. Her teachers have been absolutely amazing and you can see the love they have for teaching and for my daughter and that makes me feel wonderful. We are headed back to America this fall and I will truly miss Odyssey, the people and it's warm and welcoming environment. I only hope that I will be able to find another nursery as wonderful as this one.

Odyssey nursery is a truly special place. When we walked into Odyssey for the very first time we immediately knew that this was the perfect place for our kids. You feel the warmth as soon as you enter the front doors. The children are genuinely loved here. The staff are very competent and extremely loving and caring individuals who treat each and every child as their own. We have always been welcomed into the nursery as family and Odyssey surely feels like home! The gravity of choice a parent faces for who is allowed to nurture and support their childs growth through these early years cannot be understated. These teachers,their staff and their philosophies will build your child up and you will see the maturity,confidence and growth it inspires every day. I strongly reccomend Odyssey and my advice would be not to miss out on this opportunity!

After a not so pleasant experience at a well known nursery in Dubai I decided it was time for a change. I chose odyssey because a few of my friends children had already attended and I just loved the warm and friendly atmosphere. In less than a few weeks my son had become a different child. As soon as we got to the gate he would run to his classroom. No more clinging to my leg! It was amazing! He was so happy & genuinely enjoyed his time at nursery. That was now 18 months ago and he is still thriving at nursery, still running through the gate! At the beginning of this school year odyssey introduced a language programme. I was dubious to begin with but the results are fascinating. I am amazed at just how easily my son has picked it up.This is now something I am keen to keep up once he has left the nursery. My daughter now attends the nursery too and at nearly 19 months took almost no settling in time at all. The teachers are all so friendly and know all the children's names. I always recommend odyssey to other parents. We are due to return to the UK this summer and I will be deeply saddened to leave odyssey behind. Thank you odyssey for helping my children to grow and for all the happy memories!

My son Jawad has been in Odyssey Nursery for almost two years. It has been a wonderful journey.It is one of the warmest places you could have your child in, very welcoming and feels like home. The teachers and staff are amazing, during jawad's time in the nursery he was lucky to be in three different classes, with three different teachers, they are all wonderful, and caring, he loved each class as much as the other, enjoyed exploring the world around him with the care and guidence of his teachers. Not only the teachers are amazing but evey memeber of the staff is the same. What is so comforting about this nursery is you feel that everyone there cares about your child, not only his teachers, but everyone. It has been a wonderful experience for both Jawad and us as a family to be part of this nursery, and we are sad that our time there is about to end, but I am possitive that he is ready to go to big school, with confidence and enthusizim, because of the love and care that he got from everyone at Odyssey.

My little girl has attended Odyssey Nursery for more than two and half years. She started at the Nursery when she was just six months old as I am a full-time working Mom. I would highly recommend the Nursery as it puts nurturing, learning and safety of the children as a top priority. The managers and employees are always striving to create a calm, happy and fun learning environment for the children. They have successfully established a warm and community focused atmosphere for both the children and parents. Once you enter the Nursery and speak with the staff, you have no doubt that they are passionate about the children and assisting them in the beginning of their learning journey into the world.

When I first came to Odyssey Nursery, I had already visited 15 other nurseries. I instantly liked the place, the shaded & fresh areas, surrounded with grass and playgrounds. I felt this place would suit my daughter who needs to spend a lot of energy during the day. The staff was very welcoming and guided mearound in each class, sport, lunch rooms. It was bright everywhere, colourful and with fresh air around. So quite naturally this visit convinced me to subscribe my daughter in Odyssey Nursery. I was not disappointed, all year through the staff was listening to my concerns. Communication was easy and efficient. My daughter got a lot of support and asked to come back every morning. She found her place beyond caring and dynamic adults and children coming from all countries. We are so delighted she had classes in english, french and arabic. Hence we are very satisfied with this first year for her in Dubai.

In case you think of subscribing your child to Odyssey Nursery, I am telling you "Do not hesitate!" Odyssey is such a warm and welcoming nursery. All the staff was supportive, reinsuring with my son who was quite shy at the beginning of the year, now he is very comfortable and happy ! We only wanted to send our child to nursery from his first birthday but being a sociable baby, he was ready at 9 months old. It was the best decision we made. We chose Odyssey based on high recommendations from friends and although you cannot put a price on the care of your child, Odyssey is one of the more affordable nursery schools. Since starting, Noah has thrived and his developmental growth has been astonishing. All the staff are friendly and have a genuine love for each child. Their support has been phenomenal. A well run nursery in an easily accessible area. My colleague at work had recommended them to us and we've found them to be ideal for our child. Their tuition isnt as high as some nurseries in its proximity, and yet their faculty is equally as good, if not better than the others we had visited. They’ve got a very proactive nursery director on duty who surely loves being around kids.
