We landed in Dubai four months ago from the UK, worried sick about our little girl starting school in a brand-new place where she didn’t even speak English yet. From day one at JINS Downtown, though, she’s been nothing but joy. After spending two years at a previous nursery where our son was constantly unhappy and not showing the developmental progress we had hoped for, we were genuinely concerned and disheartened. I have my two girls in JiNS downtown and we just LOVE every bit of it. Our girls are just so happy. Being less than a year here in Dubai and we know so many good people from this nursery. I just totally recommend for someone who’s looking for a wholesome approach towards early childhood journey. To be honest, at the beginning of the search for a nursery for my child, there were many choices, but we chose Jumeirah Nursery for several reasons. The most important being that the nursery is close to our home, and secondly, I read reviews on Google, and all the comments from parents were positive, which made me excited to learn more about the nursery. I booked an appointment for an introductory tour, and my husband, child, and I went. Their reception from the very first moment was amazing; all the staff were friendly and smiling, and even my child interacted with them from the first meeting. We took a tour around the nursery, and I was impressed by the system, the organization, the activities, the time management, the cleanliness of the place, and the children's sleeping area. We met the Nursery Manager, who was a wonderful person; she treated us like family and our child as her own, very spontaneous. After our child completed the first month at the nursery, we noticed a beautiful change in his behavior and routine. He now sleeps early, wakes up early, and is energetic. My child only spoke Arabic, but thanks to them, he now knows some animal names, commands, and things in English. He also enjoys food more and tries new types. We are new parents at JINS Downtown and are so delighted with the experience for our daughter in the Swinging Monkeys class! The activities that her current and previous teachers (Ms Hala and Ms Ligia respectively) creates for our daughter are amazing! We can see she has developed so much in the short time she has been at JINS, both through the photos and updates we receive, but also when she’s at home with us. Ever since moving from the UK, I was anxious about finding a nursery that would match the activities and learning environment my son was used to. After speaking with the team at JINS Downtown Branch in October 2024, I felt confident in choosing them over three other nurseries I had considered—and I haven’t looked back since! My daughter has been going to JINS nursary since 2 semesters. Our experience with the school has been amazing. There has been a tremendous change and difference in her growth. Every week we see some small changes, words, learnings that she takes away from the school. Not a single complaint with the teachers or rest of the staff. Miss Nami the principle is friendly and vibrant but also keeps all parents on toes that's how we are up to dated with our childs progress. Miss. Ligia the class teacher is warm and welcoming. She is of great help and support in the child's growth. Gives weekly updates about the child on the Parent app along with some fun pictures. Lastly students just dont have activity by themselves, the school arranges engaging activities with parents along with their kids. Overall highly recommended.

The most beauty nursery in town. The amount of work that they put into creating such a professional, unique, child friendly, wooden toy school is impeccable. This is the fourth year that I have my kids in the nursery here in downtown and I am beyond thrilled to see their progress, which has been a dramatic shift for the best since they’ve started in this nursery. I had my daughter whose now 4 years old and My son whose 2 years old. My son went from not talking at all to having conversations within just over a few weeks of starting at Jins. He loves his school so much that he always asks to be dropped off at his teacher Ms Amna . Even weekends. One of the best nursery teachers we have Encountered. Loving gentle, who brings out the best in children. Bottom Line Is that my son has become so happy since he joined her class. And on another note Ms Namy, The principal by far sets the bar so high. she’s literally an example to look up to. She really appreciates and respects all the parents and the kids who attend this nursery. She always gives special attention to any remark that we may have which is rare and always meets the expectation. She goes above and beyond and is such a professional sophisticated and educated person. She brings life to this nursery. She really exceeds expectations and she has built a remarkable team. If only this nursery was an actual school where our kids could carry on in the educational system until junior school, then we would have definitely wanted them to stay with Jins for their school careers. JINS Downtown is a brilliant nursery for the young ones, superbly managed by Ms. Namrata. My daughter has spent her early years at JINS and I would love to thank the teaching staff, the caretaking staff as well as the management for the amazing job they have done in nurturing my child. I can see the massive growth in her as a person, her personality and her learning. Our 1 year old son attended JINS nursery downtown for over a year and we could not rate or recommend this nursery highly enough. All of the staff are clearly well trained, highly skilled and, most importantly for us as parents, really care about the children in their care. We have been impressed with the thoughtfulness that has been present at very stage of the process so far. It felt as though they really understood how hard it was to decide which nursery to send your child to a well as trust that they will be ok in someone else's care. They thought with us about how best to manage the settling in process. I felt confident in their approach but also appreciated that they wanted to know how we approach situations such as how we settle him to sleep, and were open to using the same approach that we do at home. I know some nurseries can be rigid, rule bound and inflexible but our experience with JINS has been the complete opposite of that. They are flexible and adaptable, dedicated to meeting the individuals needs of the child. They are also very warm and caring. We are always impressed with the thought, time and effort that is put into the activities he does at nursery. We also appreciate the individualised input he gets, specific to his developmental stage as well as being inclusive to anything we might be working on at home such as independent walking or changing the number of naps. Our son was so happy there and that is a credit to the staff and the excellent care they provide when he is in their care. We only left because we moved emirates otherwise he would still be there.

I am back to this place with my second child, and the reason I am back is because I feel my little one is safe with them. You may check fancy nurseries which are bigger but this place is a home for the kids; the morning greetings, the welcoming and reassuring smile and the attention given to each kid is fantastic. Every single person is amazing; the teachers and their assistants are so caring and loving. Last but not least, the Manager, Ms. Nami, is one of the reasons I am back here; she is the soul of this place, very dedicated to her work, serious and pays attention to every single detail. We have been with JINS Downtown since 2022. My children love their nursery. They are loved there and taken care of everyday. I am a working mom and when I have back to back meetings I just call Ms Nami the Manager and everything is taken care of. The teachers are wonderful and the assistants are lovely. They are honest and I like the transparency. I know the child is in good hands. They are a very old Nursery and so they know exactly what to do to ensure that my children develop well. I couldn't have asked for more.
