At British Rose Nursery, we are dedicated to sparking curiosity and fostering a love for the natural world and learning in every child. With over 35 years of experience in the UK and UAE, our family has had the privilege of nurturing hundreds of children, creating memories that last a lifetime.

We follow the British Early Years Statutory Framework (EYFS) and are inspired by Reggio Emilia, Waldorf, and Montessori approaches. As a family-run nursery, our story is close to our hearts. Edie founded our first nursery school in 1988 in the UK, starting with a nursery attached to our home — fun fact, this was Cherie’s nursery! Cherie and our other children grew up surrounded by a nurturing, loving environment, and that sense of warmth and connection is the foundation of everything we do.
In 2000, we expanded our nurseries to the UAE, and that is when British Rose Nursery began. Today, Cherie is honoured to continue Edie’s legacy, keeping our family’s values alive while embracing new ideas to meet the evolving needs of today’s families. Together, we are dedicated to providing a space where every child and family feels supported, valued, and truly part of the British Rose family.
At British Rose, we are proud of the positive impact we have made in early childhood education. Our Early Childhood Centre has been reviewed by Which School Advisor, a respected authority in the UAE’s education sector, and has been nominated three times for their prestigious "Best Early Childhood Centre in the UAE" award. The best Nursery i have ever seen in Dubai... Very Safe, very good teachers, amazing reception, lots of indoor and outdoor activities, best curriculum ever, and very affordable tuition fees... i really advise all of you to try Golden Gate Nursery...

My 2 year old son loves going to this nursery. I was worried about him settling down but within a week he was happily going to the nursery. Also I have to mention that cleanliness and staff attention is very high in this nursery. Highly recommend it.
