Shenandoah Valley Academy is a comprehensive four-year private, co-educational, college preparatory boarding high school enrolling 185 students in grades 9–12. The school opened in the fall of 1908 and graduated its first senior class in the spring of 1911. Shenandoah Valley Academy is accredited by the Middle States Association Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools and the Accrediting Association of Adventist Schools and holds membership in the Virginia Council for Private Education.
