Application and enrolment fees
Application fee includes GST $110
Enrolment fee includes GST $1,100
Discounts may apply, please contact enrolments to confirm eligibility.
Concessions only apply when full tuition fees are payable.
Regular payments
Fees are to be paid by the due date on the statement each term. The School will accept regular payments from a bank or credit card account for 10 months of the year,
commencing in February and concluding in November of the same year. Telephone the Business Services Office on (03) 6211 4921 to arrange regular payments.
Any parent/guardian experiencing difficulty in meeting fees should contact the School’s accountant as soon as possible on (03) 6211 4981 to make appropriate arrangements.
Prepayments
All tuition fees paid on or before 31 December, are frozen in line with the Fee schedule. Contact the Business Services Office if you wish to pre-pay your fees on (03) 6211 4921 or accounts@collegiate.tas.edu.au.
Withdrawal requires one term’s notice in writing
Invoices are sent before the beginning of each term and are payable within 30 days.
One full school term’s notice in writing must be provided to the Principal if a student is withdrawing from the School. If one full school term’s notice in writing is not received then
Early Learning Centre and Kindergarten
The Early Learning Centre (ELC) fee is $97 for a full day and the Kindergarten fee is $76 for a full day. Full fees are charged for absences unless two weeks notice is given in writing, then a 60% holding fee is charged. There are no charges over the Easter holidays, the Friday following Hobart Show Day or the Christmas holidays. No holding fees are charged for public holidays.
