Preschool fees are payable monthly in advance by direct debit.

Year 1 – 13

Please note the following payment options and discounts are applicable for domestic students only.

  • Payment of fees in one instalment in advance. The payment is due by the 31 January. This will attract a rebate of 3% on Tuition Fees if paid by the due date. Please email [email protected] by the 15th of January to receive an invoice for the full years’ fees.
  • Payment in four termly instalments due by 20 February, 20 May, 20 July and 20 October (or nearest working day). This is the default option.
  • Payment in 10 monthly instalments due by the 10th of each month February through November. This option is only available by direct debit from your nominated bank account. A minimum of $1,650 for Year 1 to 6 and $2,150 for Year 7 to 13 applies. Incidentals will continue to be charged monthly and be due the month following the month of invoice

Fees may be paid by the following methods, please quote your daughter’s fees account as reference:

By direct debit from your nominated bank account. This is the only payment option for the 10-monthly payment plan and is the preferred payment method for all accounts. To set up a new direct debit, please complete all areas of this form and email it to [email protected]

  • Online bank transfer direct to Queen Margaret College Fees Account, Westpac, Wellington. Account 03 0518 0316528 09
  • Online via credit card (2.5% surcharge applies)
  • Cheque or cash. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Queen Margaret College’ and remitted to: Queen Margaret College Attn: Accounts PO Box 12 274 Thorndon, Wellington

Credit card surcharge is to cover the transaction fee charged to the College by the processor and is not retained by the College. Interest of 5% per month may be charged on overdue accounts. Any expenses, costs or disbursements incurred by the College in recovering any outstanding monies, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs on an indemnity basis, will be charged to the account.
